Thhey we're suitably shocked and blown away and... read more knocked side ways that he knew so much about them - santa was very professional, so friendly (theyve seen some dodgy ones in the past!), keen, able to draw them out of their shocked silence.... He was just great. I had no idea what I was signing up for when I bought this experience but 20 mins of personalised chatting to both of them and responding to their odd questions... What a briliant idea given the weirdness of the situation were all in and thank you for keeping the Christmas magic alive. Really slick and professional company too, very impressed and have been recommending to all. Merry Christmas you lot!

What a brilliant experience meeting Santa on zoom. He really took time to interact with the children, had obviously spent time reading their letters, and joined in our Christmas... read more jokes, adding some of his own. Having spent many years queueing to see Santa, and then being rushed with a quick 5 minute experience, this was a welcome new experience. One we will definitely be repeating next year! What a treat!

Santa was outstanding, he had really read and remembered what information we had given to him about the children. My 9 year old (nearly a non believe) was astonished and really... read more brought into it because Santa was so “real”. The other children 4,4&2 were a little shy but couldn’t stop smiling, Santa really kept the conversation going which was one of my worries. He spoke to every child individual and he already knew who was who. Their faces lit up when Santa started talking about past events they had been to and when he spoke about taking the sleigh for a test drive they were on the edge of their seats. It truly was magical and the best Santa we’ve seen in a long time. Communication through email had a very quick response, which was understandable and easily outlined what information to give. This has made our Christmas this year and we will definitely be zooming Santa next year if it’s available.
