Santa was outstanding, he had really read and remembered what information we had given to him about the children. The other children 4,4&2 were a little shy but couldn’t stop smiling, Santa really kept the conversation going which was one of my worries. He spoke to every child individual and he already knew who was who. Their faces lit up when Santa started talking about past events they had been to and when he spoke about taking the sleigh for a test drive they were on the edge of their seats. It truly was magical and the best Santa we’ve seen in a long time. Communication through email had a very quick response, which was understandable and easily outlined what information to give. This has made our Christmas this year and we will definitely be zooming Santa next year if it’s available.

I was also very grateful to Santa for managing expectations about presents! My one very small suggestion would be: might there be a way of including with the Santa letter an invitation to a Zoom call for the child? Thank you again. You've really helped all of the family.
