What is this?

Book a live video chat with Santa on Zoom for an experience unrivalled by traditional Grottos this Christmas.

You get all the magic of a Grotto visit without having to leave your home. The children get to speak to Santa directly from his North Pole office for anywhere between 15 and 20 minutes!

You can avoid any unnecessary waiting in cold Grottos or overcrowded areas. You just need a home computer or tablet.

And you can call from anywhere with an internet connection!  Santa has chatted to children in Peru and Papua New Guinea!

What will Santa talk about?

What you would expect…

Santa will, of course, ask your child(ren) if they have been good, what they would like for Christmas and who they are going to spend Christmas day with.

What Santa will need…

By establishing information over email with the parents, Santa can mention things they, the child (or children), have done through the year; some good and some not so good – Santa sees everything!

A ‘letter to Santa’ will be sent to you for your child (or you) to fill out and return to Santa via email prior to the call. This is essential to the magic of the experience and has really added to the ‘WOW’ factor in previous years.

Reassurance guaranteed

Santa will never promise any gift without the parents explicit consent.

If there are any subjects that you expressly do not want Santa to discuss (such as a child sleeping in their own bed or specific parental arrangements) then please do let us know in the emails prior to the meeting.
